I think I'm obsessed with Geordie Shore!! | #littleloves

I've made a decision that by the end of every month I want to have posted my Little Loves for the month. I know, I know...I'm not great at seeing things through but this one I am really determined to stick to! I want to remember what I was loving each month and how each month went. I was actually inspired by my lovely blogging friend Stacie at Parker and Me as she does it every month without fail and it must be lovely for her to be able to look back. So here it is...my Little Loves for the beaut of a month that was March.

Catch up! | Blog

It feel like so long ago that I actually wrote about me and my life! I have had quite a few reviews and list types posts and it seems like I haven't really shared much of my life with you through out March...I'm not sure why as March has been pretty lovely. So grab a cup of tea (or coffee in my case) and lets catch up!

The biggest bit of news that I have for this month is that our family is going to be growing by one in just 5 days time!!! NO I am not having a baby...well she is a baby as such but she is more fluffy than a conventional new born and not forgetting the facts that she has four legs. We are getting a puppy!!!! Maisie is coming home this Saturday and I am so excited / nervous! I know it is going to be like having a new born again and that it is not going to be easy but I am so excited as pickle loves her and

Mother's Day Gift Ideas | Blog

Mother's day is just around the corner and it is the perfect day to show your mum how much you appreciate her and how much she means to you. Not that you should need a day to show your mumma how much she means to you...every day should be mothers day! If your looking for some ideas for what to treat the special woman in your life to this year then keep reading...

1. Flowers
Every woman loves flowers..if they say that they don't then they are lying and in my opinion, nothing shows your mum how much you care than surprising her with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. My favourite flowers to send (and receive!) are the ones that you create the from flowers at the florist. It gives me the chance to get the flowers that I know that my mum will really love and they always look and smell so beautiful.

Magically Slimming Beachware to hide your Mum Tum | Simply Be Review

I want to start this post by saying that I do not believe that women need to hide their Mum tums if they are going to the beach. I wish I was confident enough to wear a bikini but at this moment in time the fact is that I am not and I am 100 x more comfortable in something that hides my mummy tummy. So if your looking for a blog post featuring an amazing swimming cossie that makes me feel a million dollars then keep reading....If your looking for a blog post where I shout about how amazing I feel in a bikini and how proud I am of showing off my mum tum then click off now :)

Before I had pickle I could pretty happily wear whatever I wanted when we went on holiday. I would wear bikinis, beach dresses, shorts...you name it, I wore it. I was confident in my body and happy with what I looked like. Fast forward a couple of years and I am now at the stage where even though I am starting to loose weight, I am still very conscious what I look like and am careful about what I wear. Having a very active 2 year old means that when we go on holiday in June my main concern is going to be feeling comfortable so that I can run around and play with him. I don't want to be worrying about my flabby bits hanging out and me feeling self

When fat comes back | Blog

I've had a week of excess. Cake, pizza, cocktails, Chinese, prosecco, white bread, packet sauces, chocolate....not only have I been eating horrendously but I've also not been to the gym as much as I've been too busy celebrating my birthday. In basic terms, I have fallen off the wagon hard and boy don't I know it!

A couple of weeks ago I stepped on the scales and I was 15 stone. This was 2 stone lighter than when I started my weight loss journey in October last year. I was eaten really well, was going to the gym and getting fitter than ever and I was so happy. I had more energy and felt more confident in myself

Pickle loves a snack and I love snacks that are good for him and recently we were sent a really exciting box of goodies from Ellas Kitchen that I wanted to share with you...Literally as I have a giveaway to win a bundle of the yummy snacks mentioned at the end of this post.

We were sent some Carrot & Lentil crunchy sticks, some leek and cheese crunchy wheels and some parsnip and poppy seed

#PJMasksToys Party Time! | Review

If you follow me on twitter then you will know that a couple of weeks ago we hosted a super exciting PJ Masks party to help celebrate the launch of the amazing range of toys for the hit TV show PJ Masks. As I have said before, pickle LOVES PJ Masks and he and his little friends had a blast at our recent party!

28 years...

Today I am 28 years old.

In my 28 years I have learn an awful lot. I have made a lot of mistakes and I have seen highs and lows. I don't regret any of it as it has made me into the person I am today and as I turn 28 I would say I am the happiest I have been in a very long time. I have my wonderful family, an amazing network of friends, a job that I am happy in again and my little blog. Life is pretty sweet.

I thought that seeing as I now have 28 years worth of experience on life I would take a look back at the things I have learnt in my time so far...

birthday, late 20s, 28 years old, birth, life lessons, learn, heart ache, love, happiness, marriage, blonde, millies cookie, cookie, birthday cake, yummy,

All about routine | Blog

When I was pregnant I remember my Mum telling me that I would want to get my baby into a routine at about 8-12 weeks to make things easier in the long run. I also remember at the thinking
"yeah alright, I'll give a go but why is it so important??"
But now, having a 2 year old, I can see why routines are so important!
I just want to stop here and say that if your little one doesn't have a routine then that's cool...this is just my opinion and what I have done with my child. Doesn't mean it's right, doesn't mean it's wrong. It's just what works for us.  :)

Why am I not pregnant... | Blog

Everyone is pregnant...at least that is what it feels like at the moment! Well I suppose not everyone but it seems like everyone who has children that are round pickles age is having their second. My friends, family members, other bloggers and personalities like Kate Bow Bow and Hannah Mikalac. They all had 2/3 year olds and are now pregnant with their second child. I'm not pregnant and I'm okay with that but am I totally weird for feeling like this??
